Palatinus Strand

Opening time: May– Aug daily 9am–7pm

Price: 1800Ft (you pay more for a changing cabin, and more again at weekends)

Halfway up the island on the west side, the Palatinus has a large outdoor set of pools, including a wave pool and children's pools, all set in a big expanse of grass. The sunroof above the changing rooms is something of a gay centre.
