Getting around
Transport in Cambodia is all part of the adventure. Some of the roads are in a terrible state, although this is slowly changing, and urban traffic patterns, or lack thereof, can make your head spin. Boats can only operate when the water is high enough, and the train system is so decrepit that for years it has only been used for freight. Fortunately, Cambodia is not a big country and its fairly functional bus system is expanding rapidly, while share taxis operate where the buses don't run.
